Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using CheckID and ThesisAssist ("the Services"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Services

CheckID provides plagiarism detection, file conversion, PDF signing, and file compression. ThesisAssist provides AI-assisted thesis writing. Features may change with notice.

3. Accounts

You authenticate via Google OAuth. You are responsible for your account activity. You must not share credentials or allow unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Plans are billed monthly or annually (pay 10 months, get 12)
• Payments via Midtrans (ID/MY) or cryptocurrency (international)
• No auto-renewal — you must manually renew before expiry
• No refunds for partial periods

5. Acceptable Use

You must not: abuse rate limits, attempt to bypass security, use automated scraping tools, process illegal content, or resell the service without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of files you upload. We do not claim any rights to your content. Plagiarism reports and analysis are yours.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is". We are not liable for: accuracy of plagiarism checks, AI-generated content, data loss from server failures, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
