1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email (via Google OAuth)
• Files you upload for plagiarism checking, conversion, compression, and signing
• Usage data: features used, pages checked, files processed
• Device data: browser fingerprint (for rate limiting), IP address

2. How We Use Your Data

• Provide and improve our services
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Prevent abuse and enforce rate limits
• Communicate about your account or subscription

3. Data Storage & Retention

Files are processed in memory and temporarily stored on our servers during processing. Uploaded files and generated reports are automatically deleted within 24 hours. Account data is retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with: payment processors (Midtrans, NowPayments) for transaction processing, and cloud infrastructure providers (hosting, storage) as necessary to operate the service.

5. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit. Files are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We implement rate limiting and bot detection to prevent unauthorized access.

6. Indonesian PDP Law Compliance

In compliance with Indonesian Law No. 27/2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP): you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data. Contact us at support@kolonix.com to exercise these rights.
